Grace For Rushden
Our Church Commitment
We believe that God has made a loving promise to save everyone who trusts in Jesus. Because we are part of God's family, we now want to make our own commitment to each other as a church.
We know we can't do these things on our own, but only with God's help. So together we commit to do our best:

To be a close family, loving each other, helping with problems, and encouraging each other to be more like Jesus.

To tell others about Jesus, praying that our friends and neighbours in Rushden will come to know Him and His love.

To work hard to get along, staying united, being quick to forgive, and standing up for the truth of the Bible.

To meet together often to worship God, to help each other, and to give our gifts, time, and money to support God’s work.

To follow our church leaders and pray for them as they help us follow Jesus, and to help keep our church a safe and good place.

If we ever move away, to make it our priority to find another good church that teaches the truth, and to join it.
We ask God to help us do these things.
